BlueTie Eventos has been around since 2009
Event staff, equipment rental, structures, assorted items and full event operations for cultural, social and corporate events. We are based in Campinas and serve the entire state of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
BlueTie offers a wide range of event professionals. Thousands of events served since 2009 — corporate, social, cultural, sporting and related events. We experience events on practically every day of the year, and we’re passionate about it.
We are available to welcome our clients in person or in virtual meetings. BlueTie has been ready since 2016 to provide all the support our clients need remotely — saving time and optimizing results.
Operating in Campinas and across the entire state of São Paulo, we work to maintain the standard of our service while respecting the complexity of managing professionals. We literally keep a close eye on every detail of our clients’ events.

BlueTie Eventos - The Company
We began serving clients in early 2009 with a proposal that was simple in theory but extremely complex in practice: to use our background in psychology to attract and retain the best event professionals through humane, honest and demanding management.
It has been a very complex yet extremely rewarding journey. With a "soul" unlike other companies, BlueTie established itself as a reference in our region, and each year we strive to uphold that standard out of respect for our professionals and clients.
We have a deep passion for serving events. The dynamics of uncertainty have always been fascinating to us.
We have energy, motivation, technique, experience — and one foot outside the comfort zone. But we never grow complacent, and we keep investing our whole lives into being a company that is compelling for our clients and for our professionals.
