Our work adapts to each client’s needs. You can count on BlueTie in three ways:
- The whole event, end to end: we take on the creation, planning, organization, production and full execution, from concept to teardown.
- Staffing only: when you only need the teams, we provide the right professionals for each role, with coordination and a standard of service.
- Hybrid solutions: we combine teams, coordination and specific services according to your project’s scope.
We serve large event agencies, industries and retail companies, and we also work as a partner to other agencies, acting as the execution arm of their projects.
Our team and the services we offer
Our team is made up of experienced professionals in reception and hostessing, security, fire brigade and civil firefighters, valet, promotion, production, loaders and cleaning. Each role is selected and trained to the standard of service your event requires.
We also offer photography and video and the rental of high-standard equipment and structures, including furniture, decor, lighting, sound, tablets, smartphones and structures for events of any size.
