BlueTie specializes in event staffing since 2009. We provide complete operational teams (receptionists, access controllers, loaders, cleaning crew, civil firefighters, valet attendants, promoters, producers and mascots) for corporate and social events in the state of São Paulo.
Our own team management, since 2009
We believe one of our biggest advantages over the vast majority of competitors is that the same management of the operational teams that existed in 2009 is still in place today: the same culture, the same organization and the same mission.
This translates directly into the way we serve our clients. Even amid so many social and behavioral changes over the years, we have kept something stable: empathy, courtesy, honesty, saying please and saying thank you.
These values guide all of our services. Whoever manages the reception team also manages the valet attendants, loaders, cleaning crew, security staff and everyone else. The same guideline followed by one service is followed by all the others, with a very high standard of service.
We bring in many professionals through referrals and we know every one of them. We don’t build teams with random people we’ve never met before, nor do we work with professionals who don’t even know the name of the company they’re representing. That doesn’t happen at BlueTie.
Even when new professionals start working with us, they make up at most 30% of a team. Every newcomer arrives already mentored, guided and integrated by experienced professionals who are already part of our culture.
Another advantage is our very low turnover. We have people who started with us in 2009 and are still here; others started in 2015 and remain. We count on many professionals who have worked with us for more than 5, 10 and even 15 years.

Access controllers
The service classically known as security is called access control at BlueTie, a wording that better represents these professionals’ role.
- They act as guides and facilitators, in black suit and tie
- They guide guests on which areas can or cannot be accessed
- They assist with room and plenary changes and with marking off spaces
- Preventive action in risk areas, such as uneven floors and work at height
Loaders for events
Our loaders are carefully selected, courteous and well-prepared professionals, since they move through many areas of the event and handle high-value items.
- They always work with personal protective equipment: safety boots, helmets and gloves
- They move sets, flight cases, giveaways and high-value equipment
- Constant care for the health and safety of those handling heavy loads
- We invest in structure, equipment and good practices so they work safely and are never left unsupported
Cleaning team for events
Our cleaning team specializes in events.
- At social events, such as weddings, they are known as restroom attendants
- They also work at corporate events, booths, trade shows, conventions and activations
- They handle everything from preparing the venue before the event to cleaning during it
- Special attention to areas with heavy foot traffic
Civil firefighters (brigade members)
Our civil firefighters, also known as brigade members, are responsible for prevention and for monitoring the event’s safety conditions.
- They check work at height and the correct use of protective equipment
- They identify potential hazards, such as exposed wires or water in walkways
- They monitor the expiry dates and placement of fire extinguishers
- They are ready to act in emergency situations, ensuring the operation runs smoothly
Valet and parking
Our service has all the structure needed for a complete valet operation.
- Complete structure: a service counter, signaling cones, tickets for guests and flashlights for night inspection
- An extremely safe operation: in the last ten years, not a single incident in our lot
- We film vehicles on arrival to record their condition
- We return every vehicle exactly as it arrived, with polite and friendly service
Promoters and receptionists
Since BlueTie began, we have separated this service from physical appearance and focused selection on each professional’s competence, which is why it’s worth relying on our guidance when choosing.
