Compliance package for events of 500+
Events above 500 people usually require a fire brigade, medical support and reinforced access control. We assemble this package according to the size of the event. The requirements vary with the capacity, the area and the type of activity, and follow what the venue AVCB (fire safety certificate) and the Fire Department determine in each case. We assess these criteria together with you and size the team accordingly, from the fire brigade and civil firefighter to medical support and access control.

When is a fire brigade or civil firefighter mandatory?
It depends on the size of the event and the venue requirements. The criteria that weigh most are the capacity (number of people), the area and type of activity, the risk classification and what the venue AVCB (fire safety certificate) and the Fire Department determine for that event. At higher-attendance events and in venues with greater capacity, a fire brigade and/or civil firefighter are usually required. When preparing the proposal, we assess your event and indicate the team needed to keep everything compliant.
What is included: only the staff or the structure as well?
We provide the qualified workforce and the coordination. The physical structure is contracted separately.
How do the contract, payment and invoice work?
The proposal and contract are 100% digital and we issue an invoice for all services. After the proposal is approved, we formalize the digital contract with a defined scope, team and amounts. Payment terms are agreed within the proposal itself, according to the size of the operation and the profile of the corporate client.
