Compliance package for 500+ events
Events with more than 500 people usually require a fire brigade, medical support and reinforced access control. We build this package according to the size of the event. The requirements vary with capacity, area and type of activity, and follow what the venue’s fire-safety certificate (AVCB) and the Fire Department determine in each case. We assess these criteria together with you and size the team you need, from the brigade and civil firefighters to medical support and access control.

Do you take on events of 1,000+ attendees with several services together?

When are a fire brigade or civil firefighters mandatory?
It depends on the size of the event and the venue’s requirements. The criteria that weigh most are the capacity (number of people), the area and type of activity, the risk classification and what the venue’s AVCB (fire-safety certificate) and the Fire Department determine for that event. At higher-attendance events and in higher-capacity venues, a fire brigade and/or civil firefighters are usually required. When putting together the proposal, we assess your event and recommend the team needed to keep everything compliant.
What’s included: just the staff or the infrastructure too?
We provide the qualified workforce and the coordination. The physical infrastructure is contracted separately.
How do the contract, payment and invoice work?
The proposal and contract are 100% digital and we issue an invoice (nota fiscal) for every service. Once the proposal is approved, we formalize the digital contract with a defined scope, team and pricing. Payment terms are agreed within the proposal itself, according to the size of the operation and the corporate client’s profile.
